At Xodralineichrale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The plant must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The plant must be in its original condition, showing no signs of damage caused by the customer
  • The plant must be in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer
  • Plants that have been repotted or significantly altered
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Plants purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@xodralineichrale.world or +35314526105
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Package the plant securely in its original packaging or equivalent
  5. Ship the plant back to us using the provided return address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund amount will exclude any discounts or promotional codes applied to the original order

Damaged or Defective Plants

If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired plant.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear
  • If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@xodralineichrale.world

Return Address

Return address will be provided when you contact us to initiate a return. Please do not send returns to our business address without prior authorization.
